Appointment required for personal advice

Planning on visiting us? Please note, new shoes, orthotics or personal advice require an appointment.

One-to-one advice

As running specialty store we always endeavour to create the most optimal customer experience. Our appointment system allows us to manage our visitors and prevents overcrowding. Furthermore, it allows us to serve our customers even better. Despite daily limited availability, we manage to welcome 1500 runners and walkers to our stores each week.

Appointment process

Durantion of an appointment is 30 minutes. The devotion of your personal runners' lab advisor is with the high quality standards as expected from us. To maintain a safe and appropriate distance, our advisors will be working with only one customer at a time.

During the consultation of shoes or orthotics we analyse your unique gait pattern on a 30m test track equiped with our very own footscan® technology. Subsequently we select and test the shoes that fit your profile best. The footscan® gait analysis is worth €25 but is offered free of charge when purchasing a pair of shoes or orthotics.

Appointment is strictly personal

Wish to visit us with multiple members of your family? An appointment is required for each person individualy. Every visitor will be allocated a personal advisor upon arrival.

Appointment preparations

• Be on time for your appointment, preferably 10 minutes in advance. Make sure to check Waze or Google Maps for the estimated and real-time travel time to avoid traffic and roadworks.

• Wear a face mask and visit our stores by yourself.

• You are welcome to bring your current/previous running or walking shoes as well as any orthotics.

• Desinfect your hands upon arrival and follow our instructions on site.

• Would you like to return or exchange an online order?
• Need to pick up your custom orthotics, an online order or a product from our repair service?
• Need to drop off shoes or orthotics for our repair service?
• Would you like to visit our stores for apparel or accessories and do not need further assistance?

You will not need an appointment and are free to drop by our stores.
